Hi, I am Prince Daniel, a full-stack web developer with experience in UI/UX design and great a passion for creating beautiful, functional, and user-centered digital experiences.I am always looking for new and innovative ways to bring my clients' visions to life.

I believe that design is about more than just making things look pretty – it's about solving problems and creating intuitive, enjoyable experiences for users.

  • Google Africa Developer Training  @Andela

    July 2022 – November 2022 | Nairobi, Kenya

    During my time at Andela, I joined the GADS (Google Africa Developer Scholarship) program, specifically focusing on the Android Kotlin Track. Throughout the program, I successfully completed all the course work and gained valuable skills in Android development using Kotlin. This experience allowed me to enhance my proficiency in Android app development using Kotlin programming language.

    As a Microsoft Learn Student Ambassador, I participated in the Peer-to-Peer Mentorship Program. This experience equipped me with essential skills in cloud computing, machine learning, and DevOps practices.

    Microsoft ADC career catalyst programme. As an apprentice at the Microsoft Africa Development Centre, I participated in the career catalyst program. This program focused on advancing skills in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Microsoft Azure technologies.Throughout the apprenticeship, I gained proficiency in AI concepts, Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps, and Azure IoT with Microsoft MX-chips. This experience provided me with a solid foundation in cutting-edge technologies and their practical applications.

    During my time at Elris Communications Services Limited, I worked as a Network Support Engineer. In this role, I was responsible for supporting and maintaining the network infrastructure of the company Ensuring customer satisfaction with the network service they have purchased, and Partner projects are done to completion with regards to perfect service delivery as well as adhering strict deadlines. I gained practical experience in networking principles, troubleshooting network issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of the network. This experience allowed me to strengthen my knowledge and understanding on installation and maintenance of Telecommunication technologies like Fiber (Data and Voice), WiMax, and LTE 4G.I also had an experience in Fiber Splicing Using both Fusion Splicing and Splice on Connector methods using the AFL70S splicing machine.

  • Software Engineering @Moringa School

    This is a Software Engineering BootCamp offered by Moringa School in partnership with Flatiron School. I have been able to develop in-demand skills in Figma Design(for creating intuitive UI/UX designs), Frontend Development (Reactive Client Side UIs using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ReactJS and React-Redux) and Backend Development (Serve-side APIs using Ruby and Ruby on Rails) applications for both personal and enterprise client needs. Experience includes also, being able to implement an Agile methodology (Kanban) using Trello in the project Phase, using version control software like Git, and utilizing Linux Bash Scripting.
